  • Online Submission: Authors can submit their manuscripts after registering in the system
  • Editorial System: JM editorial system  is based on different roles; The system has 12 roles:  Author,  Editor in chief,  Editors,  Technical Editor,  Language Editor,  Managing Editor,  Editorial Board,  Page Designer,  Reviewer,  Publisher,  Production Manager, and  System Admin
  • A comprehensive Workflow system for editorial management: editor in chief can manage all processing workflow from receiving manuscripts to sending to reviewers and then make a decision either to accept or reject. The workflow is mainly based on

  • Receiving manuscripts by editor in chief, (or by section editor, managing editor or editors based on journal’s own workflow best practice.)

  • Receiving comments from reviewers, editors or editorial board
  • Making a decision based on the evaluation process and/ or editorial board point of view to reject, accept or request for revision
  • Publishing online after copy editing, page designing, and galley

Other Features

  • Payment integration: We can either integrate the system to most of the standard online payment system or collect the processing fees from authors at any processing phase.
  • Crossref or mEDRA Integration for DOIs: If you have your own DOI prefixes, there is a possibility to integrate both systems.
  • iThenticate Integration for Checking plagiarism: If you have access to iThenticate, we can integrate our system to check plagiarism at any time as part of processing evaluation. 
  • Section Editors: A journal could have a section editor in which each section has its own co-editor and editorial board. The section editor could assign manuscripts to reviewers and send the result to the editor-in-chief for the final decision.
  • Managing Editors: A managing editor’s role is to help editor in chief to receive and review manuscripts based on the journal’s terms and conditions. He/She is responsible for preliminary processing review. 
  • Editor in chief can configure journal settings
  • Editor in chief can set the system to be as a blind or double-blind review system
  • Editor in chief can manage all the content of a journal
  • Total solution for indexing all journal contents, including titles, abstracts, authors, keywords and full text in a case of publishing the full text as HTML format.
  • Email notification for reviewers, editors, and authors
